It was a short break; I needed the pause in the project, but it was a bad reason to quit. So I am back.

I am about to admit to something that I don’t generally talk about with too many people, but I feel like it’s something that might be pretty obvious anyway, so my revealing it might not be that shocking. (Not that the thing itself is shocking, for it is all too common, but it is still a shocking act to be so personal and reveal something so private, I think.) Before I get into it, let me say that this is long, and I don’t expect anyone to read it. I am posting it online rather than in a diary, for instance, because it is something I am not trying to hide (any longer, at least…) But I am fully aware that this is a rather self-indulgent post and something that probably belongs in a diary and not on the internet.
